DiversiTea Divas is committed to empowering strategically marginalized women through mentorship, networking, and economic opportunities. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment for women to grow, connect, and thrive.

Our initiatives have positively impacted the lives of over 1,000 young professional women, providing them with essential support and resources. We have facilitated mentorship , connected numerous individuals through our networking events, and enabled economic opportunities including scholarships and paid internships for those in emerging professional women in our reach.

Proudly invested over $10,000 in scholarships, ensuring that students can cover essential needs such as book fees and travel expenses. This initiative reflects our to empowering students and helping them achieve their academic goals.

Since 2022, we proudly placed young women into over 120 hours of paid internships, thanks to our partners and friends. These opportunities align with their career goals, fostering personal and professional growth.

We have never charged any admission fees for participants. Both students and mentors can enjoy our programs completely free of charge, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to engage and learn since our inception.
