At THRIVE ON!, we unite youth and community leaders to break down barriers and transform bold community visions into real, lasting change. What does this look like? This looks like a neighbor who notices a need in your community and has a great idea to address it. But they don't know how to start, nor do they have the startup capital to begin. This also looks like a young person who is eager to create lasting change in their community, but they're struggling to find or access a path that will give them the tools and knowledge to create that change and an opportunity to lead the efforts in a real-world setting.
Our programs support youth and community leaders in turning their ideas into action—building safe spaces, growing local economies, and transforming communities from the inside out. This amazing collaborative model stewards projects that are informed by the community, rooted in local leadership, and built for lasting impact. From opening and operating a weekend pantry to building special storage for a mobile youth program, we put our efforts behind projects requested by the community.
We are confidently exiting the pilot stage of our organization's life cycle with a proof of concept, real impact, and a network that works together cohesively to support our neighbors, and we're focused on the work ahead. This is where you come in. Your gift fuels the ideas already growing in our neighborhoods and places resources directly in the hands of youth and community leaders who know what their communities need most. When you give to THRIVE ON!, you’re not just funding programs—you’re investing in people, possibility, and community-led change that lasts.
With your support, the next great idea to feed a community doesn’t have to wait. We can say yes to the student looking for income to support his family while learning and developing skills that will serve him in various aspects of life. We can say yes to having our food pantry open every week because we're able to stock the shelves. We can say yes to the grassroots leaders with a vision and passion to help better their community. Together, we can make real progress towards a more equitable future for all.
