For over two decades, Zion Hill CDC has been one of the only nonprofits rooted in South Fulton’s predominantly Black communities, working every day to prevent homelessness and strengthen families. In that time, we’ve supported more than 17,500 individuals through prevention and intervention services, each success story made possible by the generosity of supporters like you.
Today, the need is greater than ever. During our August application cycle alone, more than 150 households have reached out, requesting financial assistance to secure housing or avoid eviction. Requests range from $2,000 to over $7,000 per household, urgent help that can mean the difference between stability and crisis.
