Give 8/28, the official National Day of Giving to Black-led and Black-benefitting nonprofit organizations, like Project Infinity.
Give8/28 highlights the importance of Black philanthropy. Black nonprofits only receive 2% of institutional philanthropy dollars from foundations.
This funding disparity is why we need your help on Give 8/28.

Statistically, Homeless Children:

	2 Times as likely to repeat a grade
	4-6 Month learning gap each time they move
	87% More likely to drop out
	4.5 Times more likely to become homeless as adults

In Metro Atlanta:

	12,282 Students enrolled as homeless
	Of those, 80% or 9,827 were Black
	Only 13.36% were proficient in English on GMAS testing
	Only 10.99% were proficient in math on GMAS testing
