Give 8/28 is a national day of giving focused on uplifting Black-led and Black-benefiting nonprofits - organizations that are often underfunded, yet uniquely positioned to meet the needs of their communities. Taking place during Black Philanthropy Month, Give 8/28 builds on this global celebration of African-descendant giving with a concentrated online fundraising campaign that taps into the energy of 21st century changemakers.
Organizations are required to register each year to participate in the Giving Event. The information provided in the registration form will be used by the event host to validate your eligibility.
*Registration has been extended! We are continuing to accept nonprofit registrations beyond the original July 31 deadline to welcome even more organizations into this year's campaign. Eligible nonprofits are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. Registration will officially close at 11:59pm on Saturday, August 8th.
