Participating in a day of giving is a great way to boost donor support and raise awareness of your organization's great work. Through #Give828 your organization can create an online fundraising campaign and promote it on your digital platforms (e.g. website, social media, email lists). Below, we've outlined steps to get started.

Organizations are required to register each year to participate in Give 8/28. Visit the registration page between June 19th and July 31st to register. After completing the registration form, your organization will be placed in a pending status as the Give 8/28 team determines your eligibility.

Once the Give 8/28 team determines your eligibility you will receive an email notification that confirms whether your organization has been approved to participate in this years Give 8/28. Please do not make any updates to your organization page until you receive official notification of your participation status.

Click Log In at the top right corner of the give828.org website to log in to your admin account. Log in with your email. Click your user icon on at the top right corner to show a dropdown menu. Click your organization name. This will bring you to your organization overview page.

Head to your organization page on Give 8/28. Once on your page, copy the URL link in your browser. Share this link with your supporters to bring them to your organization page. From here, supporters can read more about your organization, donate, or set up a peer-to-peer fundraising page.
