The Standard Institute

The Standard Institute creates mentorship, opportunity, and community for young men ages

13–21, providing the support, experiences, and resources they need to prepare for adulthood

with Discipline, Ownership, and Readiness.

OUR PURPOSE

Young men need more than advice. They need people in their corner, places where they belong,

and opportunities to prepare for what comes next. The Standard Institute creates spaces where

young men can connect, grow, gain practical experience, access resources, and move toward

adulthood with support.

This purpose is carried out through CREED, which provides mentorship, brotherhood, and

personal development; LAUNCH, which provides practical workforce and life-readiness

preparation; and the Standard Workforce Lab, which provides a dedicated space for technology

access, individualized support, resources, workshops, and connections to opportunity.

Together, our programs provide young men ages 13–21 with multiple ways to engage based on

where they are and what they need as they prepare for adulthood.
