The Mission

She Dreams In Color Foundation raises money to provide access to free and significantly reduced-cost mental health therapy. Our Foundation also works to destigmatize mental health needs and seeking care. As part of our work, we organize community events that help reduce loneliness and social isolation while using art and storytelling.

The Work

At She Dreams In Color Foundation, we are creating a continuum that combines trusted community experiences that reduce isolation and help-seeking stigma with practical pathways to affordable therapy. Our work is designed to meet women before they reach a crisis—creating spaces for connection, reflection, honest conversation, and access to care.

The Impact

In 2025 alone, 383 people came to our website searching for affordable therapy, while 570 people participated in our Postcards to Future Self experiences. Those 953 points of engagement tell us something important: women are looking for both connection and accessible support.

At She Dreams In Color foundation, we believe the next disruption in women's mental wellness will not come from asking women to navigate difficult systems better. It will come from redesigning how support reaches them.
