WHAT WE’RE BUILDING

This fall, Pretty Powerful is launching our Mentorship Internship Program; a one-of-a-kind experience designed to help teen girls and young women step into who they’re becoming. This isn’t just mentoring. It’s exposure, identity, and real-life preparation. Each girl is paired with a mentor, gains hands-on career exposure, and participates in workshops on confidence, relationships, and life skills while having real conversations about who she is and where she’s going. We don’t just pour into girls. We prepare them.

Most programs focus on personal or professional growth. We do both at the same time. And we don’t stop with the girls.

WE SUPPORT PARENTS, TOO

We partner with parents and caregivers to make sure girls are supported at home and in our program through resources, conversations, and guidance. Because real impact doesn’t happen in isolation.

WHAT YOUR GIFT DOES

Your donation helps us launch this program and support the girls and families in it. It trains and equips mentors, provides real-world experiences and curriculum, and creates safe, consistent spaces for growth. This is ongoing, relational, and life-shaping.
