As a community foundation, POISE strengthens and amplifies the power of Black communities by fueling transformative change and advancing pathways to self-determination and shared success.

We partner with individuals, families, and organizations who want to invest in Black-led change. Donors can contribute to our broader grantmaking strategy through unrestricted gifts or support specific causes and communities through donor-directed funds.
