Operation Restoration's mission is simple, yet profound: to support women and girls impacted by incarceration as they recognize their full potential, restore their lives, and discover new possibilities.

Operation Restoration (OR) is more than an organization. OR is a community that believes in the power of second chances, the strength of resilience, and the promise of brighter tomorrows. OR's ultimate goal is to end the incarceration of women and girls, which is why, since our inception in 2016, we have made it our commitment to serve as many people as possible. 

In celebrating our 10th year of service, OR is embarking on an ambitious plan for growth. Our focus this year is on celebrating a Decade of Restoration through extensive outreach and fundraising campaigns to reach more and more women and girls in our community. 

In this anniversary year, we strive to make providing support for the critical needs of our clients a baseline of our services. Through your contributions, we can support more individuals and families with their basic needs, whether it be by providing clothing, transportation, housing, education, employment, or any other service that assists in successfully rebuilding their lives.
