The National Black Cultural Information Trust (NBCI Trust) is a non-profit organization that uses cultural communications, media, education, and storytelling to share information and resources that uplift the collective freedom of Black communities. Through our Protect Black History initiative, NBCI Trust provides books and other cultural resources to communities impacted by anti-Black history attacks preventing the teaching of Black history in public schools. Your support will help us purchase and distribute more Black history books and children's books to educators and youth across the nation. Your donation also supports the African American Cultural Expo and Children's Book Fair, hosted annually by NBCI Trust. The African American Cultural Expo and Children's Book Fair features Black authors and artists from across the country and provides Black children's books and activities to local communities. Additionally, we provide guidance to national leaders concerning critical cultural issues impacting Black communities. Our work on narrative building for reparative justice has helped to shape local and national initiatives.
