My Sister's Village Inc. is all about economic empowerment. Our mission is to "To nurture, guide and empower young women from marginalized and underserved communities to reach their fullest potential." Through our Entrepreneurship 101 program we work with young women who have expressed an interest in the entrepreneurial journey. Our formal cohort program, in partnership with local legal, human resources, financial, and marketing subject matter experts, guides participants through the startup process. Our internship program provides paid internships to our participants to work and learn more about business operations. Our mentor program partners participants with a woman who can help guide, encourage and act as an accountability partner to keep participants on the path to achieving their goals.
