Mom Your Business mission is to accelerate the growth of Black and Brown women entrepreneurs through access to capital, capacity-building, and connections. We serve the Mid-Atlantic region with a primary focus on Philadelphia.Mom Your Business started in response to the frustration of Black women being the fastest growing group of entrepreneurs yet the least funded. MYB has transformed the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Philadelphia by (1) partnering with entrepreneurial support organizations, CDFI’s and corporations to help Black female entrepreneurs access over $500,000 since 2021 (2) Helping over 600 Black female entrepreneurs since 2019 start and grow their business. (3) in 2024 launching MYB Hub North a community activation and co-working space. Led by current CEO Tanya T. Morris, who brings over twenty years of non-profit management experience to Mom Your Business along with being a serial entrepreneur.
