At Mind Body Baby NC, we believe Black mothers, babies, and families deserve to feel safe, supported, and seen throughout pregnancy and the postpartum journey.

We provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive support through community-based doula care, perinatal education, mental-health navigation, advocacy, and connections to practical resources. Our work helps address the inequities Black families too often face in maternal and infant health—while walking alongside parents from pregnancy through early parenthood.
