The Joseph M. Fannell Memorial Foundation is a youth‑centered, arts‑driven organization committed to honoring Joseph’s legacy by opening doors for young creatives. We identify emerging talent, remove financial barriers, and create pathways for artistic growth through scholarships, grants, and talent competitions that celebrate young people’s gifts.

We believe art heals, empowers, and gives voice. Joseph’s voice was taken when his life was cut short at 22, but his spirit of creativity and compassion continues through every young person we support. By giving youth a platform to share their hidden talents and abilities, we carry forward the light Joseph brought into the world—ensuring that his legacy inspires confidence, courage, and artistic expression for generations to come.
