Innovation For Equity (IFE) is a national network of changemakers—district leaders, higher education officials, entrepreneurs, researchers, investors, policymakers, and nonprofit leaders—committed to one mission: transforming life outcomes for Black learners of all ages.

We connect and cultivate Black and other proximate leaders across the education ecosystem to build collective power, advance innovative solutions, and shape a future where Black learners thrive.
