development, we strive to inspire confidence, resilience, and success in every child we serve.

Markette Williams Executive Director (CEO)

Markette Williams is the Founder and Executive Director of E3Legacy, Ltd., where she leads the organization’s mission to empower youth, strengthen families, and create environments where young people can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. An educational leader and youth advocate, Markette is committed to helping young people recognize their strengths, develop a sense of purpose, and confidently use their voices.

Her leadership is rooted in equity, inclusion, mentorship, and ensuring that every young person feels recognized, supported, and positioned for long-term success. As a faith-centered leader, Markette models character, integrity, resilience, and perseverance while guiding youth through challenges with compassion and high expectations. She is known for her dynamic presence, student-first approach, and unwavering commitment to helping young people excel in school and in life.
