Every1:Uplift1, an initiative of E1:T1 Foundation, Inc. a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, serves communities across Mecklenburg and Chesterfield County by building partnerships and delivering programs designed to create pathways toward education, economic mobility, leadership development, and long-term community stability.

Our work is rooted in a simple belief: transformation happens when we invest in people, communities, and organizations committed to lasting change. Since launching our grassroots community efforts in 2025, Every1:Uplift1 has already begun turning partnership into measurable impact. Our accomplishments include:

• Provided support to 7 families and 19 children through our Hope for the Holidays initiative.

• Generated 300+ hours of community service through Community Champions and nonprofit partnerships.

• Awarded scholarship support to help 3 first-gen students pursue their educational goals.

Our approach extends beyond providing a single program or service. We are building a community that connects education, financial capability, career readiness opportunities. As Every1:Uplift1 continues to grow, we are focused on deepening our community partnerships, expanding youth and family programming, developing sustainable neighborhood-based initiatives, and creating pathways that move individuals from participation to preparation, preparation for opportunity, and opportunity to leadership.

We believe meaningful social change does not happen through one organization alone. It happens when communities, corporations, nonprofits, educators, financial institutions, volunteers, and residents come together around a shared purpose.
