Center for Community Transitions

The mission of The Center for Community Transitions (CCT) is to strengthen our community by helping individuals with criminal records and their families find a healthier and more productive way of living through 4 programs:

1. LifeWorks! - Employment readiness and job retention program helps justice-involved individuals find and keep work.
2. Families Doing Time - Support children and families impacted by the incarceration or deportation of a family member via social-emotional learning, reading literacy, and caregiver support groups.
3. Center for Women - Residential work release facility helps currently incarcerated women prepare to transitions back into the community and reunite with their families. At our Center for Women, we also offer behavioral health services that provide personalized support through client-centered treatment grounded in compassion and personal accountability.
