Our Mission: Black Innovation Leaders of Florida (BILF) was created in February 2022 to provide and share resources among innovation organizations across the state. We are committed to initiatives that push for equity, wealth, and opportunities. We address these issues at their roots while fostering an environment where Black talent and communities can flourish. Our work, however, is open to all who want to participate in our programs and contribute to building a stronger, more inclusive Florida.

• $35: Provides half an hour of mentorship to a future leader.

• $50: Helps provide career development resources to a participant.

• $100: Supports our matchmaking platform to connect one individual with a career opportunity.

• $250: Pays for an exam fee for an individual or a trademark for a business.

• $500: Sponsors a workshop on procurement readiness for small businesses.
