African Americans for Balanced Health (AABH) was founded by Bobbyie Waters and Sabrina Hocker in 1996. Through their personal health journey, they became Wholistic Advocates and started sharing health information with friends and family. Over time, the idea sparked to start a Wholistic grassroots organization in Sacramento, CA. The mission is to educate, motivate and support African Americans towards the achievement of optimum spiritual, mental, and physical health. AABH has provided a network for African-Americans who desire to live a healthier lifestyle by sharing recipes, research and sharing information, attending, and supporting other health-oriented events. AABH has successfully hosted high-quality seminars and annual conferences featuring renowned celebrities, nutrition, and health experts, as well as coaching and supporting individuals who are committed to lifestyle changes. Our board of directors is made up of dedicated, passionate community volunteers. They have shown continuous dedication to the community through fundraising and volunteer efforts.

AABH is seeking financial support to strengthen our ties to educate the community on Wholistic Health through seminars and conferences. To get to know us, please visit our website www.aabh.net and our Youtube Page African Americans for Balanced Health.
