West Side Community Land Trust exists so families don't have to leave the neighborhoods they built.

Rising home prices and rapid development are pushing longtime residents out of west Charlotte. West Side CLT fights that the practical way: we keep land in community hands and use it to create permanently affordable homeownership. When a family buys a home through our land trust, the price stays within reach, for them and for the next family after them.

This isn't a program. It's a system built to last.
