The Lemonade Circle

The Lemonade Circle is dedicated to Leading Change, Empowering Voices, and Transforming Lives by uplifting young women of color in San Antonio, with a special focus on Black girls in 5th grade and beyond, to #makeLEMONADE out of life’s lemons. We focus on five “lemon areas” where there is a lack of resources or representation by Black women: Identity and Wellness, College and Career Readiness, STEM, Civic Engagement, and Literacy and the Arts, creating affirming spaces where girls gain the tools, voice, and community needed to thrive.

We’re here to squeeze every drop of potential, stir up confidence, and serve opportunities that fuel their dreams and celebrate their unique identities. Join us, and together, let's create a world where every young woman of color shines brightly, making a refreshing and lasting impact on the world.
